At Braxora, customer satisfaction is our priority. We’ve created a clear and transparent returns and exchanges policy in line with UK consumer protection law. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below. Do not send any item back before contacting our Customer Support Team for guidance.
1. Return Policy
1.1 Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your purchase and request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
Conditions for return:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
- The item must be returned via a recognised postal service, to the address provided by our support team.
- In this case, the return postage costs will be covered by the customer.
Important: Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender without notice.
1.2 Refunds
Once we inspect and approve the returned item, your refund will be issued via the original payment method:
- Credit Card: Refunds may appear within up to two billing cycles, depending on your card provider.
- Bank Transfer or Instant Payment (e.g., Pay by Bank): Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days after return approval.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Exchanges Due to Manufacturing Defects
Braxora offers a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
Procedure for defective item exchange:
- Items must be returned via post as instructed by our Customer Support Team.
- Products must include original packaging, proof of purchase (invoice), and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- A technical review will be conducted within 15 working days of receiving the item.
If the product is approved for exchange, the customer may choose to:
- Receive a new replacement at no additional cost.
- Exchange it for a different product of equal or higher value (paying the difference if applicable).
- Request a full refund of the amount paid.
If the product is not approved, it will be returned to the customer along with an explanation report, with no replacement or refund.
Reasons for rejection may include:
- No fault found or damage not linked to manufacturing
- Misuse or improper handling by the customer
- Signs of normal wear and tear (e.g. shrinkage, fading, improper washing)
2.2 Exchanges for Size or Colour
We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size or colour choices. Each product listing includes detailed measurements to assist in accurate selection.
Note: UK consumer law does not require retailers to accept exchanges based solely on colour, size, or style preferences.
3. Order Cancellation by Braxora
Braxora reserves the right to cancel orders in certain cases, including but not limited to:
- Payment failure or declined transaction
- Incomplete or invalid customer information
- Product out of stock or no longer available
3.1 Refunds in Case of Cancellation
If Braxora cancels an order, a 100% refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds will also apply in the following situations:
- Delivery not possible due to incorrect address details provided by the customer
- Product unavailable in stock, with the option for full refund or item replacement offered
