Refund Policy of Braxora

At Braxora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to request a refund, exchange, or return for a product purchased from our online store, please follow the guidelines below, which comply with UK consumer protection standards.

1. Dissatisfaction with the Product
You have the right to return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.

2. Faulty or Damaged Product
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

For issues such as cracked screens, visible scratches, or missing parts, we require you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the received package. After this period, the issue may be considered as a result of misuse.

The first step is to contact our Customer Support Team, who will provide full instructions on how to proceed with your request.

Conditions for Returns Due to Dissatisfaction

  • The item must not show signs of use.

  • If the item has adjustable parts (e.g., removable watch links), they must not have been altered.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the courier packaging with the shipping label intact.

Failure to meet these conditions will void the refund or exchange.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm if it meets our return criteria. If approved, you may choose:

  • An exchange for another available product

  • A refund of the product’s value (please note: shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received faulty or incorrect)

Warranty
All products sold by Braxora include a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.

To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video (up to 1 minute) clearly showing the issue and including the product packaging (with visible shipping label).

If sending photos instead, the fault must be clearly visible and the original packaging must be included in the image.

Please Note: Braxora does not provide technical repair services or authorised repair centres. Our team will assist in offering the best solution in line with our refund policy.

Situations Not Covered by Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery (e.g. cracked screens, scratches)
  • Damage caused by liquids (e.g. water immersion, spills)
  • Defects resulting from unauthorised repairs or alterations
  • Improper use of accessories
  • Natural wear and tear (e.g. screen marks, oxidation)
  • Expected battery degradation
  • Customer-performed durability tests (e.g. drop tests, water resistance tests)
