Shipping Policy of Braxora
The products listed on our store are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Delivery Method and Timeline
Our shipping method, referred to as "Free Shipping", is offered at no additional cost. Estimated delivery time is between 20 to 45 working days from dispatch, depending on the customer’s location.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 6 working days after payment confirmation.
All customers will receive a tracking code via email or the contact provided during purchase, allowing them to monitor the status of their delivery.
Important: Delivery times may be extended due to customs delays, high-volume periods, postal strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
Customs Duties and Import Charges
Most orders shipped to the United Kingdom are delivered without additional charges. However, in rare cases, packages may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or handling fees imposed by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
If such charges apply:
Customers will be notified by Royal Mail or the designated courier.
The customer is responsible for paying any applicable import duties or taxes before the item is released for delivery.
Braxora is not responsible for reimbursing any fees imposed by customs authorities or government agencies.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 working days, depending on your payment method and card issuer.
Once confirmed, your parcel will be processed and shipped. The tracking number will be sent via email within up to 8 working days from the payment confirmation date.
In some cases, if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately, each with a unique tracking number.
Please inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting our Customer Support Team immediately.
Delivery Issues
If the courier is unable to deliver the item (e.g., no one is available to receive it or access is restricted), a delivery attempt notice may be left. The item will then be held at the local post office or courier depot for a limited period.
If the parcel is not collected within the stated timeframe and is returned to the sender, reshipment will only be made upon agreement and confirmation of an additional shipping fee.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. Braxora is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details. If a parcel is returned to sender due to such an issue, a new delivery may be arranged upon payment of a new shipping fee.
International Tracking Information
Please note that tracking updates for international parcels may take 5 to 20 working days to appear after the tracking number is generated.
Damage caused during transport is the responsibility of the courier or postal service.
